We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cedar Planters purchase; if your premium planter doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Planter

  Carefully disassemble the planter and pack it securely in its original box, ensuring all cedar panels and hardware components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
